Section I
The Declaration
I built the Haus of Black because nothing like it existed. Not for people like us. The families who have generational wealth — they have structures. They have trusts, governance frameworks, legal architecture that compounds across lifetimes. The rest of the world does not. I decided to change that.
I studied the best families over the history of mankind. The Rothschilds. The Medicis. Lee Kuan Yew and what he did with Singapore. I took what worked, discarded what did not, and built a system that is impenetrable — with redundancy, with succession, with code that no single person can override. Including me.
This is not an empire. Empires are built around a person. The Haus is built around a code. I am the architect, but the structure does not need me to stand. That is the point. That is the discipline. When I am gone, this still works. When any of us are gone, this still works. That is what sovereignty means.
Every person at this table was chosen deliberately. Not for what they pay. For who they are. For what they bring. For the character they carry when no one is watching. I do not recruit. I invite. And every invitation carries the weight of a decision I do not take lightly.
Haus. Not empire. Built to serve, not to rule. Designed to outlive its founder, compound across generations, and protect every family that sits at this table.

United States Marine Corps. United States Army. Combat veteran. The discipline that built the Haus was forged in service — in structure, in accountability, in the understanding that systems survive where individuals fail.
Disabled veteran. The injuries are real. The limitations are real. But the mind works, the vision is clear, and the structure I have built does not require my hands. It requires my judgment. That is by design.

The Role
As Founder, CEO, and Managing Principal, I hold Seat V and carry the same governance weight as every other Managing Principal. Full voting authority. Same rules. Same code. No exceptions.

Haus governance design — operating agreements, succession protocols, code of conduct
Capital strategy — Black Haus Capital, Logs on the Fire distribution model, vertical funding
Principal selection — every seat at this table was a deliberate decision

The Vision
The Haus of Black is a multi-generational family office designed to outlive its founder. It is not a fund, not a club, not an investment vehicle in the traditional sense. It is a sovereign governance structure — a system of laws, capital deployment, and legacy protection that operates on code, not personality.
Five verticals. Ten seats. One code. The Black Vault holds real assets — motorsport, hospitality, maritime, aviation, security. The dynasty trust protects them across generations. The governance framework ensures no single person can compromise the whole.
I did not build this for myself. I built this for every family at this table. For their children. For their grandchildren. For the compounding effect of discipline applied across lifetimes. This is the Haus of Black, and it will stand long after all of us are gone.

The Covenant
I hold myself to the same standard I hold every principal. The same code. The same confidentiality. The same good faith conduct. The same succession requirements. This is not a monarchy. It is a republic of discipline.
Attend all 4 quarterly meetings — mandatory, same as every Managing Principal.
Active governance participation — vote on capital deployment, vertical strategy, principal admission, and succession.
2 named successors — the Haus does not allow single points of failure. Not even for the founder.
Black Card participation — contribution to Serenity House Foundation through the Black Card program.
Absolute confidentiality. Haus matters stay within the Haus.
Subject to removal. If the code is violated, the governance framework applies equally. No exceptions.
Haus. Not empire. The founder is not above the code. The founder wrote the code — and then submitted to it. That is the difference.
