Your Invitation

Michael. Thank you for being patient, and I know some of this may be over your head. You may not have an interest in all of it — but keep in mind, all the big boys, all the big racers, the big money — they do this. It is a family office structure. And not only am I asking to get together in a sponsorship capacity this year, but I want to build one of the best racing programs in the world. Not only on dirt, but also on road.

Joe Burris — professional driver, finished 2nd at the 24-hour Sebring, the only time they ran a 24-hour at Sebring — he is going to lead up my gentleman driver program for Black Circuit Racing. But I would like you, especially with your relationships in NASCAR, especially with your passion for that project with the hand controls for handicapped kids being able to get in a car — that is in alignment with our mission and our vision.

I would like to invite you to be a Principal in our company. Take some time with your wife to review all of this. It does not all happen at once — this is a foundation, a starting point. But we are going to do amazing things. We are building sovereignty for your family, and collectively doing something much bigger than any of us. We have a long-term vision, and we would like you to be a part of that.

This is your invitation to the Haus of Black.

As a Principal, you receive 4 Challenge Coins, pro-rata capital distributions, full Black Vault access, and CBI pathway eligibility. This is a founding seat. There will be no others like it.

Section II

The Haus

The Haus of Black is a multi-generational family office designed to outlive its founder. It is not a fund, not a club, not an investment vehicle in the traditional sense. It is a sovereign governance structure — a system of laws, capital deployment, and legacy protection that operates on code, not personality.

The model is built on what we call The Lee Kuan Yew Principle: the understanding that the greatest structures in history were not built by consensus, but by principled architects who designed systems that functioned long after they were gone.

Within the Haus of Black, no one is above the code. Not the founder. Not the Managing Principals. Not any single principal. The governance documents, the operating agreements, and the succession protocols exist to ensure that the Haus survives leadership transitions, market cycles, and generational shifts.

This is what separates the Haus from everything else: it is built to compound across lifetimes, not just portfolios.

Section III

Your Role

As Lead Driver of the Hauling Ass Racing program under Black Circuit Racing, you are the competitive heartbeat of the Haus motorsport division. 14 years at Hendrick Motorsports. 410 winged sprints, midgets, and micros. Top 150 out of 406 entries at the 2026 Chili Bowl — 8 months after breaking your back with zero seat time. You are not a weekend warrior. You are a legitimate threat.

Black Circuit Racing — Hauling Ass Racing

  • Lead driver — Fortitude° #35, dirt and road programs
  • NASCAR relationships — leverage Hendrick network for sponsorship, equipment, and talent pipeline
  • Program development — Road to the 2027 Chili Bowl (Port City → Du Quoin → Chili Bowl)
  • Three-driver team — SCO (Discipline XIII), Michael Huber (Fortitude° #35), Kolby Schroder (Black Haus #99)

Augie Skinner Adaptive Racing Initiative

  • Affordable hand-control racing systems for disabled drivers — $400–600 target vs. $10K–15K market rate
  • Direct alignment with Haus mission and Serenity House Foundation philanthropic arm
  • Hendrick Motorsports resources applied to adaptive engineering
  • Physical disability should not be a barrier to high-level motorsport competition

Governance Role

  • Non-voting, advisory capacity. You attend governance meetings and contribute to discussions, but voting authority rests with Managing Principals.
  • Quarterly meeting attendance is welcome but not mandatory for Principals
  • Your motorsport perspective informs Black Circuit strategy and sponsorship decisions

Section IV

What You Receive

Financial

Capital distribution operates through the Logs on the Fire model. Every $10,000 deployed into a Haus vertical constitutes one Log. As verticals generate returns above the watermark, profits are distributed pro-rata to all principals based on their Log count.

Access — The Black Vault

Five Verticals

  • Black Circuit — Motorsport & experiential ventures
  • Black Lodge — Hospitality, Homestead properties & retreat infrastructure
  • Black Sea — Maritime assets & aquatic operations
  • Black Sky — Aviation assets & air operations
  • Black Shield — Security, intelligence & protection services

Legal & Structural Protection

Legacy & Citizenship

Network

Curated principals. No anonymous investors. No silent partners. Every person at the table was selected for what they bring, not what they pay. Quarterly convenings bring this network together in person.

Section V

What Is Expected

Section VI

The Cost

Annual governance overhead per principal falls between $6,200 and $12,500, depending on the complexity of the year's operations:

ItemCoverage
South Dakota Dynasty Trust maintenanceIncluded
Wyoming HoldCo annual complianceIncluded
Legal counsel (Michael Kendall, $60/hr)Included
Accounting & tax coordinationIncluded
Quarterly compliance auditsIncluded
Entity maintenance & registered agentsIncluded

For perspective: an individual building this legal and structural architecture alone would spend 10 to 20 times this amount. The Haus exists because shared governance makes sovereignty affordable.
