Your Invitation

Camden, you are being invited to join the Haus of Black as a Principal. This is a founding seat within the family office structure — a position that carries influence, access, and legacy protections from day one.

You were selected because of your role managing the apiary operations at Serenity House. The Homestead ecosystem is a critical part of the Haus's long-term vision — self-sufficiency, land stewardship, and sustainable operations are not side projects. They are infrastructure. Your ability to build and manage the apiary program demonstrates the kind of hands-on operational commitment the Haus values.

As a Principal, you receive 4 Challenge Coins, pro-rata capital distributions, full Black Vault access, and CBI pathway eligibility. This is a founding seat. There will be no others like it.

Section II

The Haus

The Haus of Black is a multi-generational family office designed to outlive its founder. It is not a fund, not a club, not an investment vehicle in the traditional sense. It is a sovereign governance structure — a system of laws, capital deployment, and legacy protection that operates on code, not personality.

The model is built on what we call The Lee Kuan Yew Principle: the understanding that the greatest structures in history were not built by consensus, but by principled architects who designed systems that functioned long after they were gone.

Within the Haus of Black, no one is above the code. Not the founder. Not the Managing Principals. Not any single principal. The governance documents, the operating agreements, and the succession protocols exist to ensure that the Haus survives leadership transitions, market cycles, and generational shifts.

This is what separates the Haus from everything else: it is built to compound across lifetimes, not just portfolios.

Section III

Your Role

As Serenity House Apiary Project Manager, you manage the beekeeping operations within the Homestead ecosystem at Serenity House. This is hands-on, ground-level work that directly supports the Haus's commitment to self-sufficiency and sustainable land stewardship.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage all apiary (beekeeping) operations at Serenity House
  • Maintain hive health, production, and expansion within the Homestead ecosystem
  • Coordinate with the Serenity House Foundation on agricultural and sustainability initiatives
  • Report on apiary operations, yields, and development plans
  • Contribute to the broader Homestead self-sufficiency mission

Governance Role

  • Non-voting, advisory capacity. You attend governance meetings and contribute to discussions, but voting authority rests with Managing Principals.
  • Quarterly meeting attendance is welcome but not mandatory for Principals
  • Your perspective on Homestead operations and sustainability informs governance decisions
  • Active participation in House verticals aligned with your strengths and interests

Section IV

What You Receive

Financial

Capital distribution operates through the Logs on the Fire model. Every $10,000 deployed into a Haus vertical constitutes one Log. As verticals generate returns above the watermark, profits are distributed pro-rata to all principals based on their Log count.

Access — The Black Vault

As a Principal, you have full access to all five verticals of the Black Vault:

Five Verticals

  • Black Circuit — Motorsport & experiential ventures
  • Black Lodge — Hospitality, Homestead properties & retreat infrastructure
  • Black Sea — Maritime assets & aquatic operations
  • Black Sky — Aviation assets & air operations
  • Black Shield — Security, intelligence & protection services

Legal & Structural Protection

Legacy & Citizenship

Network

Ten curated principals. No anonymous investors. No silent partners. Every person at the table was selected for what they bring, not what they pay. Quarterly convenings bring this network together in person.

Section V

What Is Expected

The Principal tier carries meaningful responsibility within the Haus, calibrated to the advisory nature of the role:

Section VI

The Cost

Annual governance overhead per principal falls between $6,200 and $12,500, depending on the complexity of the year's operations. This covers the infrastructure that makes the Haus function:

ItemCoverage
South Dakota Dynasty Trust maintenanceIncluded
Wyoming HoldCo annual complianceIncluded
Legal counsel (Michael Kendall, $60/hr)Included
Accounting & tax coordinationIncluded
Quarterly compliance auditsIncluded
Entity maintenance & registered agentsIncluded

For perspective: an individual building this legal and structural architecture alone would spend 10 to 20 times this amount. The Haus exists because shared governance makes sovereignty affordable.
